Eleonora Cozzella will be in charge of the direction: she is a journalist and food critic, a supervisor of the Restaurant Guide of the L’ Espresso magazine, as well as the chief of the eminent Italian Board of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

30 seats for each show cooking session of the Tasting Lounges, that will be ready to be tasted and appreciated by the most curious gourmands who will enjoy watching and tasting the appetizer suggested by each Tasting Lounge.
