On Saturday, the 2nd November at 1.15 pm Celebrity show cooking. The Celebrity Chef Valeria Raciti, winner of Masterchef Italia 2019 will take her smile and Sicilian heart with her, bringing out two Garda Trentino excellences: the pasta from the Felicetti factory and the lake fish with the collaboration of Trentino Catering.

Presented by Eleonora Cozzella, gastronomic journalist and critic, supervisor for the L’Espresso Restaurant Guide and Head of the Italian judges for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants..

Salted cannolo filled with fresh cottage ricotta cheese, Bronte pistachios and POD Dro plums chutney and caper berries

Armanini arctic char tartare with Sicily citrus fruits, arctic char caviar, Gresta Valley celeriac, beetroot and carrot brunoise, mustard mayonnaise prepared with the Madonna delle Vittorie extra virgin olive oil

Creamed Monograno Matt Felicetti spaghetti with cottage butter, garlic and anchovies, with sautéed Torbole baby broccoli and Trentingrana shavings

Armanini lake sardines au almond gratin with toasted almond sauce, anise-scented sweet and sour Gresta Valley red onion an onion reduction, trunzo cabbage and marinade turnip chiffonade
Paired with Chardonnay DOC Trentino 2018 - Azienda Agricola Comai

Autumn perfume: hazelnut creamy custard, kaki jelly, licorice panna cotta and lemon creamy custard

For each dish a selection of POD extra virgin olive oils from the Madonna delle Vittorie company is paired

Followed by the Omkafè coffee ritual, prepared with the Chemex coffee machine

Grappa tasting with an expert of the Institution for the Protection of the Grappa from Trentino
