Considered one of the top experts in the history and culture of dried pasta, she is often a host in TV programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen, Masterchef, La Prova del Cuoco and The Final Table on Netflix as both a food critic and a pasta expert.
A supervisor of the Restaurant Guide of the L’ Espresso magazine, she is also the chief of the eminent Italian Board of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Her first book, titled Pasta Revolution, has reached the final of the Bancarella Cucina Award.
