Loretta Fanella, an international gourmet pastry chef, an angel face and determination in abundance, has climbed up the highest peaks of a mountain made of sugar and cream, fruit and chocolate, to achieve the most important aim: getting the ”2007 Italy’s Best Pastry Chef” award from Paolo Marchi’s guide. And from that moment on, she hasn’t stopped. In 2019 the Loretta Fanella Pastry Lab opens in Livorno, a laboratory where top-quality handmade desserts are realised and that turns into a proper Academy in the evening, where the pastry workshops take place. During Garda con Gusto – Gourmet Experience Loretta Fanella will transform her art into an exalting weekend to be tasted playing with the seasonal tones and the zero-mile products of the Vacanze con Gusto project companies. She has taken inspiration from them to create the desserts you could taste in the Tasting Lounges and also as a conclusion of two special Show Cooking sessions: Josef Steffner’s and Valeria Raciti’s.
