Vreni Giger, 2018 best Swiss presents her new food creations

The international chefs day is scheduled on Sunday, November 4. After tasting Hillejan’s dishes, you could follow Vreni Giger’s Show Cooking, who is 2018 best Swiss chef and has one Michelin star with her Restaurant Rigiblick in Zurich.
The partnership with JRE-Jeunes Restaurateur makes this event possible. Vreni Giger is also looking for new cooking shades and dimensions to make complexity simple. She will also work with Garda Trentino carne salada and her performance will be presented by Lisa Casali, environmental scientist, food blogger and writer.
