The German master Hillejan matches “carne salada” with vegetables from Val di Gresta

On Sunday, November 4th at 1PM, the German chef Andreas Hillejan presents “carne salada” in a new and innovative way.
The Michelin-starred chef of Restaurant das Marktrestaurant di Mittenwald (one Michelin star, Bayern) invents, roots and assembles the regional tastes and offers his innovative dish with carne salada and vegetables from Val di Gresta.
