Thanks to the contribution of JRE Italia (Jeunues Restaurateurs), Alberto Faccani will be the young protagonist of this event.
The Italian chef has recently been awarded 2-Michelin stars in 2018 for its activity at Magnolia Restaurant in Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena, Italy). He represents passion for products and
technical cooking based on quality as well as on the enhancement of local products. During Garda con Gusto, Faccani imagines a new way of preparing “carne salada” in its gourmet version. Sandro Salerno, Food_TravelReport & Blogger, is going to present the show cooking.
