Saturday 3rd. Eat Theatre on Carne Salada Bertoldi & Co: taste this tale

The local food produce is the real protagonist of many stories during Garda con Gusto – Gourmet Experience. All this takes place in the Eat Theatres, a new feature of the current edition. You can sit, observe, taste and listen to the food story told by chefs, local restaurant owners, food bloggers and food journalists.
In the Eat Theatre on Saturday, November 3rd at 3 p.m. the Carne Salada Bertoldi & Co will be the protagonist.
The billboard presents Albino Bertoldi of the butcher shop Bertoldi in Riva del Garda as the main actor. The Chef Ivan Doskovic (Restaurant “L’Ora” in Riva del Garda) will also take part.
The Italian Association of the Trentino Sommeliers will also contribute to the wine part. Sandra Salerno, food travel reporter and blogger, will host the show.
